What is Animation?
This can be
a highly debatable subject and it is hard to give one clear definition
because animation and special effects in film hold many simalarities.
There are several books that look into the theory of animation
and look for an explanation. I believe that to animate is the
ability to give life to an inanimate object or character whether
it be drawn, modelled or computer generated. It is an illusion
of film and it's movements happen only as a result of several
frames being shown in succession. There are more complex theorys
for animation and for anyone interested in looking further into
