Get a photo and scan it. (Don't steal other peoples work it makes them angry!)
Crop those nasty edges right off there and add some text. If you have Adobe PhotoDeluxe 2.0 then you might want to take the photo in there and do an autofix.
Now on Adobe Photoshop go to image/adjust/color balance and just color balance away till you get what you want. I think it's a pretty shade of blue.
Alrighty then now that I've given you a really really quick run through of how to do something really simple on Photoshop it's time to see some of the stuff that I've done using a bit more complex methods... but I still only spent about 30 minutes on each one...
