IL 3rd District Fundraiser Luncheon - February 13
Death by Chocolate … and Other Delights
This is your reminder to place Friday, February 13th, 2009, on your calendar as a not to be missed event. This is the date of the 3rd District Annual Fundraiser..."Death by Chocolate" and Other Delights! This luncheon and shopping opportunity will be held at the lovely Lake Katherine Nature Center & Botanic Gardens in Palos Heights. If you have not had the pleasure of visiting this location, you will find that it is one of the best-kept secrets of the South Suburban area. If the weather is accommodating, you will definitely enjoy a short walk around the facilities, which includes a waterfall, which can be viewed from the deck of the clubhouse. The clubhouse is a 2-story structure but can be accessed from the adjoining parking lot, which allows immediate access to the second floor thereby avoiding the stairs from the main floor entrance.
