Step 1: After getting the burlap, cut it to the size you want.
In the picture above are two types of netting I use, one is Burlap and the other is part of a Fishing net.
Burlap Nets
You can buy burlap at virtually any hardware or gardening shop. Burlap (for those of you that don't know), is generally used for planting. A roll of this stuff usually costs about $12.00 for a 3 x 12 sheet.Step 2: Buy spray paint according to how you want the net to be camouflaged
and spray the burlap with the color(s) you got. I like to get different shades of
green and stripes on the net.Step 3: If you want to have your net like those large command tents the military uses to conceal their operations from airborne attacks, go to a craft store and buy some wooden rods. Sometimes I find them in small packs of about 20 or so. If you find these you will usually have to glue them together to make them longer.
Step 4: The easiest way to stand these poles up without them collapsing when you lay the net over is to glue them on to cardboard or wood squares. Or, just stick the rods into the ground. You may still have problems, but, I have no more advice on this.
