There  are  so  many  variables  involved  with  the  floral;  each  wedding  is  priced  individually.  During  a floral  consultation we'll  discuss  all  the  aspects  of  your  wedding,  including  the  number  and  style  of items  necessary  for  your  wedding  ceremony,  reception,  and  those  items  to  be  worn  or  carried.  We will  also  help  you  to  decide  the  colors  and  types  of  flowers  to  achieve  that  perfect  look  you  have in  mind.  Then  we  will  be  able  to  price  out  what  everything  will  cost.

Budget  Planning

      With  all  of  the  emotions  and  dreams,  budgets  can  quickly  get  out  of  control.  Usually  the  bride  has  a  budget  for  the  overall  wedding  but  needs  help  in  distributing  her  budget  properly.
    Essential  Wedding  &  Event  planner  can  help  you  divide  your  budget  appropriately  and  then  present  the  options,  vendors,  services,  and  other  choices  that  fit  into  your   budget.  We  then  track  all items  and  the  changes  that  inevitably  happen  in  order  to keep  you  on  your  budget  and  on  schedule.  You  will  be  presented  with  a  budget  that  details  payments  already  made  as  well  as  all  outstanding  amounts  due  and  the  date  they  are  due.

When  we are  involved  in  every  aspect  of  the  wedding  we  will :
         * Distribute  your  budget
         * Recommend  vendors that  fit  within a  category  budget
         * Accompany  you  to  individual  vendor  consultations
         * Keep  a copy  of  all  contracts  and  provide  you  with  a  payment  calendar  that  lets  you  know  when  each  payment  is  due and  to  whom.  We  follow  up  to  make  sure  payments  have  been  received.
         * Stay  in  contact  with  your  vendors,  working  out  all  pertainent  details  for  both  you  and  the  vendor
         * Coordinate  ceremony  and  reception  activities
         * Direct  you  in  etiquette  matters
         * Help  ward  off  potential  problems  and  situations
