Every book needs a Lex Luthor, and this is Damnation's.
He's a rich 20-something genius brat whose technology allowed
for genetic manipulation, and the creation of superheroes. His
design is completely my own. When designing normal characters, I
like to use celebrities. He was John Lennon.
