Maxie and Kyle had offical decided to give her baby up for adoption. This was the hardest thing both of them had to do and the worst part of it was that they couldn't help each other through it. Why? Because Mac refused Kyle to come over and had anything to do with Maxie.

Maxie become eight months pregnaut with her baby and went to the hositpal for an annual check up about the baby. The appointment went well and the doctor said that the baby is health and she should be giving birth to a baby girl in the next four weeks. After the appointment, Georgie and Maxie sat in hositpal area talking about Kyle.

"What am I going to do? I really want Kyle to be here when I give birth to his baby. Its not fair that Dad is going crazy on Kyle." Maxie said.

" I know. Kyle should be here. He is the father." Georgie said.

" How am I going to convince Mac to have Kyle be there when I have Katherine." Maxie said.

"Katherine? Have you thought of names?"

"Yeah. Kyle and I decided on a name, Katherine Marie Radcliffe. What do you think?" Maxie asked.

"Actually, I really love it. And hopefully we're figure out a way to find Kyle to be there. We should go. Besides we still have four weeks to figure out a plan." Georgie laughed.

"Very true." Maxie laughed too.

They both walked over to the elevator and waited for it to open. As the door opened both Sonny and Carly were in the elevator waiting to go down and see Michael who was in the hositpal for a check up. Georgie and Maxie walked in not saying hello and pushed the button for going down. The whole time it was silence when all of the sudden the lights turn out.

"What's going on?" Maxie said.

"I do not know." Carly replied.

Then there was this loud bang as the elevator cord broke causing the elevator to fall rapidly quick. Everyone was screaming and feared for there lives. Finally, the elevator stopped and the lights flashed on however they were stuck. And then the worst happen.

"Georgie! My baby! Ouch!" Maxie screamed.

"Oh My God!" Georgie said. " Are you hurting?"

Sonny and Carly noticed what was going on and Carly started to ask Maxie questions to help Maxie. Sonny was trying to get a hold on someone to tell them about Maxie and her baby. After Carly asked Maxie some questions, Carly said, " You're in labor. You're going to have your baby."

"What? No! This can be happening. Not here. I still have four weeks. It's not time. Please. Ahh!" Maxie cried.

"Georgie, you need to help me."

Carly was telling everyone what to do. Sonny took off her coat and placed it behide her back to support her body. Carly carefully spread out Maxie's legs, since she was wearing a nice jumper dress. Georgie held Maxie's hand as Maxie started to scream with pain. Sonny stood next to Carly as they both watched Katherine being born. " Maxie, I can see the head I need you to push really hard. You can do it!"

Maxie was sweating and crying hard and then finally gave the biggest push she could think of making Katherine slowly come out. Maxie was out of breathe as she felt very tired and weak. All of a sudden there was a loud cry and a loud bang that opened the door.

Perfect timing, the doctors rushed in and saw Katherine and took care of her right away. Maxie still laid there extremely tired and was about to pass out. Carly noticed that she was bleeding a lot and wasn't stopping. "She's still bleeding badly." Carly said to the doctor.

The doctors took over, they took Katherine to look at and she was very health for a four week early baby. However, Maxie was in worst shape. She finally was pasted out and lost a large amount of blood. The took her to the ER really quick as the doctor grew very worried. They did all they could do and all that was left was to pray for Maxie.

Georgie called Mac during all of this and Kyle. Finally, they both showed up and went to see the doctors. First they showed them Katherine from afar and they both smiled looking at the beautiful baby girl. Then the bad news came. "I'm sorry but Maxie's isn't doing to good. We have down all we could do. She has lost a lot of amount blood." They both went to visit her over the next couple of days and she got better. Then finally that day came. Where Maxie got to see her baby, Katherine. Kyle carried in the room as he smiled into Katherine's eyes. " Here is your mother, Katherine." he said placing her into Maxie's arms. Maxie started to get teary when Katherine was sitting in her arms. " I dreamt of this day for so long and now you're finally here. You will always be my baby girl. I'm sorry I'm not going to be there when you grow up. I'm so sorry, but I'm not sorry about you. Katherine, I will always think and dream about you. And one day we'll meet each other again. I can't wait for that day." Maxie said with tears rolling down her eyes.

She looked up at Kyle as her hold Katherine in her arms as everything was perfect but she knew in a few days that her baby would be gone in a new life with a new family.
