Kristina was flat line again, as the bleeding stop. The doctor's looked at her and was shocked to see her again. They did the best job they could do. Rolling her to the ER, Kristina's body was dead. She wasn't breathing and her heart was completely stopped. Doctor Webber removed the blanket covering her body as he saw Kristina's naked. His warm hands got into position as he careful started compressions on her body. He felt her cold breast rubbing against his hands as nothing was changing.
"Shock her at 200." Doctor Webber said.
A nurse handed him the black paddles as he looked at her naked body and wonder what was going on in Kristina's life. Positioning the paddles on chest on top of her heart, the shock spread her body causing her to spring forward and land loudly back down on the stretcher. There was no change. Her body was getting colder as her heart was beating any more. Steven (Doctor Webber) couldn’t let this happen again.
In the meantime, Alexis found out about the news and rushed to the hospital. Running in she attacked the front desk, screaming, “Where is my daughter? Kristina Davis.”
“She’s in the ER right now. The doctor are with her.” A male nurse said.
“I want to see her.” Alexis cried.
“I’m sorry you can’t.” he replied.
“Can you tell me, what’s wrong with her? Please.” She said.
“I’m sorry; you are going to have to wait.” He said knowing the truth.
“You know, I know you do. Now tell me what’s wrong with my daughter.”
“Ms. Davis, please stay calm. The doctors will be with you soon.”
“Tell me what’s wrong with the baby please.” She cried out.
He stood in silence as her eyes were crying out for help. He didn’t want to be the one who told her this but he had no choice.
“I’m sorry, they brought her in and she was flat line. They are doing everything they can.” He said.
“No.” Alexis cried as she was ready to collapse to the floor but Ric showed up in time to catch her as she fell.
Back in the ER, Kristina was still dying. Nothing was changing expect her skin was getting more cold. “Charge her at 300.” Steven said.
“Doctor, are you sure?” a female nurse asked.
“Just do what I say, we don’t’ have much time.” He yelled.
Tell did what he said; they charged her up to 300 as he was ready once again to place the paddles and hoping to bring her back to life.
