Gia shakes her head and stars at the fire place. She misses him already and he has just left a few minutes ago. She rubs her head and looks at the picture of Jason and her at the beach last spring on his private island. They were so happy back then, it was as if nothing could touch them and she felt that way. Completely happy, as though she was floating, but then he would get those damn calls from Sonny and he would have to leave at the most ungodly time of day or night. It wasn’t as though she didn’t trust Jason completely because she did. She trusts him with her heart, but the way everything was dropped when his cell or pager went off drove her up the wall. He could be the most amazing man and then when it went off, he changes. It was as though his ‘job’ was far more important then their special dinners or their evenings together. Gia took another sip of her ‘Mike’s Hard Lemonade’ and flops on the couch.

Out of the whole situation the one thing that made her the most confused was that no matter what was going on wether it was the good or the bad she never stops loving him.

There was no way she could stop herself from falling for him. Jason and her have this intense connection and Gia has never felt that before. She knows deep down that when he left her it wasn’t because he wanted to, it was because that was what he did for a living. Just like her modeling, when a quick shoot needed to be done or she had to fly to Paris for a shoot she would go. She may never want to, but she didn’t have a choice and she knew that was the same rule with Jason.

Gia was trying to work on realizing that it was only a job, a dangerous job but a job non the less. That was what also what was bugging her was the danger involved, when he left she would often wonder if he was ever come back to her or if this was their last good bye.

Gi hits her head with the small of her palm and looks up towards the roof. “This is my problem, I can’t get him out of my head, I love him so much! So damn much!”

Then to add to her utter confusion his love for her was brought into the equation. It didn’t take a brain surgen or the President to figure out how much Jason Morgan loved her. The way he loves was amazing, she was his light, his support, his sail. She loves the way he loves her.

Gia closes her eyes and remebers how he touches her skin or the way Jason’s eyes would reflect his desire and love for her. The way he holds her at night and make all the cares flee her body as if water was washing her soul and making her whole.

Gia traces her lips with her finger and can vivdly remember the feel of his lips capturing her lips. How his tongue will slowly guide along her lower lip making her moan out loud. She can feel herself becoming weak at the thought of him. She turns her head as the door closes and she sees him standing there drenched from the heavy rain. A single tear flows down her cheek as she sees her love wet and the pain in his eyes is starring her in the face. And she sighs realizing she’s falling for him, again.

“I’m sorry Gia. I know how much you hate this, but it’s my job. I love you so much, so much that I’ll let you go if that is what would make you happy.”

Gia continues to stare at him unsure of what to say. “I could never leave you Jason, I love you too much to leave. I...I just worry and I know it’s your job. I...” Gia feels the tears spill down her cheek as she gazes into his intense blue eyes. “I...just can’t ever lose you.”

Gia watches as Jason walks towards her and infolds her into his arms and holds her tightly against his strong chest. She feels the cares being washed away and slight smile forms on her lips.

“You’ll never lose me Gia, never. I love you to much to let that happen. I’m sorry this tears you up inside.”

Gia feels his moist lips hit her forehead and can feel his wet cloths begin to pinitrate into her clothing. “I...I just wish we could spend time on us and not worry about your business.” Gia bits her lower lip and looks at him. She sees the glimmer start to return.

“I know. We could always take a trip to the Island. I’m sure Sonny could handle the next couple of weeks by himself. He’s done it before.”

Gia shakes her head. “As much I would love that I’m not about to get you to leave work every time I am wallowing.” Gia watches as he laughs.

“You are not wallowing and we leave in two days.”

Gia tilts her head and stares at him intently. “Really?”

“Really, really. I’ve missed you just as much as you missed me. I need you Gia and I hate knowing that your in pain. Besides I could use a little Gia time.”

Gia nods her head and rests her forehead against his. “I could use some Jason time. You’re sure Sonny won’t mind?”

“Positive, he knows how hard it is on you. He loves you like a sister, he won’t mind I promise.”

Gia runs her hand along his jaw line and smiles. “I love you Jason Morgan, with all my heart.”

“I love you Gia, and I need you. I need you.”

Gia nods her head and takes his hand as she leads him to their room.

Gia kisses his lips and smiles at him. “Falling...” She shakes her head a little and watches as Jason looks at her.

“Falling?”

“Oh, I was thinking how agrivating you are and even though you make me want to pull these braids out, I always fall back. No matter what, I just keep falling in love with you over and over and over again.” Gia kisses his nose.

“I’m glad you keep falling, but when you do fall I’m glad I’m the one to catch you. I’ll always catch you Gia.”

“Always?” Gia raises an eyebrow and stares into his liquid oceans.

“Always, as long as you keep falling.”

“I guess you have yourself a permamnent job.”

“Lucky me.”

Gia giggles as Jason picks her up and carries her into their room. “Hmmm and he’s strong.” She smiles wickedly at him.

“What can I say I’m you hero.”

Gia laughs as he winks at her. “Or so you think.”

“Do I need to show you?”

“I could use a little convincing.” She winks at him.

“I’m a really good convincer.”

Gia nods her head in agreement. “I’m waiting.”
