~Chapter Eleven~
Cally studied her friend and then finally spoke "Your serious!".
"I'm totally serious".
"Why? why now? after all these years, I mean Kris you don't even know him and he left you and you're mom when you were a baby..why do you want anything to do with him?".
"Because, I have so many unanswered questions".
"Like what??? why the hell did you walk out on me and my mother, what kind of moron father does that!?" Cally asked.
"Stop it! I think there's more to it then what my mom's told me...Ned was involved with my aunt at the time that she died."
"What!?! are you serious? how did you find that out?".
"Zander!".
"But you're mom was pregnant you when your aunt died right!?"
"Yes thats the thing, Ned must have cheated on my aunt! Krissy stopped "Maybe that why she ripped up my father's picture".
"What are you talk about?" Cally looked confused
"I've been having dreams...like realistic dreams almost every night! Kristina comes to me and she is trying to tell me something, but I don't know what".
"That is so scary! and it reminds me of my grandmother she was having recurring dreams and well they were trying to tell her something and before she knew it it was to late".
"So you believe me?"
"Of course I do! you're my best friend and if you're having trouble with something I wanna help you out".
"I was so afraid to tell someone, I thought I was losing it...but I honestly believe there is more to this than I'm supposed to know".
"Well come on lets go to my house, I'll do some computer searches and we WILL find you're father".
Krissy gave Cally a big smile "Thank you so much".
When they arrived at Cally's house she grabbed her laptop and went to a website called People Search
"How do you know how to do this?"
"My dad taught me everything I need to know about computers" Cally turned to look at Krissy "So you said you're mom told you you're dad moved to Manhattan...correct?".
"Thats what she told me".
Cally typed in Edward Ashton for all listings in Manhattan.
Cally and Krissy stared at the computer as it was searching, it seem to take forever.
"Oh my god there it is!" Krissy looked at the screen Edward Laurence Ashton...212 Riverview dr. Manhattan NY. Krissy kept staring at the screen as if it was going to dissapear any second.
"I'll write it down for you" Cally took a pen and paper and wrote down the address she folded the piece of paper and stuck it in Krissy's hand.
Krissy unfolded the piece of paper...."Manhattan here I come".
