SCREAM 3 SECTION
Welcome to the scream 3 section, i have not done a scream 2 section as i dont like it as much as the other 2, i have to say it was good, but i only liked a few scenes, like the car scene when sidney and her friend are driven off by the killer and crashed, he locks the doors so they cant get out, but hes unconsious so they have to climb into the passenger seat and climb over him and slide out the window, that bit was so intense, i just pictured the killer waking up and grabbing one of them! but like i say it was crap and i hate it! disgrace to you wes craven!but well done on making the scariest series of films ever! your forgiven because the success of the other two was good!
THE FACTS
The writer of the original two films 'Kevin Williamson' did not write the 3rd film, he had no part in it, he wanted to get away from the horror genre, he had always been associated with the word horror, " I do not want to be typecast as a horror specialist, i prefer, to make romantic comedies or films like 'Jerry Maguire', thats what i want to make, thats what im passionate about."The story and script of the 3rd film were written by Ehren Kruger who made the screenplay for the thriller 'Arlington Road' Williamson was too busy with his Wasteland project, a teen drama like Dawsons Creek.
Carrie Fisher, who starred as the Sunset studios archivist, really did not want to do more than a days work on the film, " I have no ambitions to be an actress" she said "ill do days work on Scream 2, but thats all i can handle, a days work........." The intenseness of the studio, the script and the screenplay soon changed her mind!!!!!!!
Now, scream 3 was a bit weird, it had to have had two killers in it, otherwise it would be impossible for the killer to be in two places at the same time, for instance, as you know roman was the killer, [if you havent seen the film then im sorry but i have to say this!] but he went down into the basement with jennifer and she stayed at the top, all you could hear was a slashing and later on in the film gale went down there, an elbow was sticking out of the coffin, she opened it and roman was in there, i know he was pretending to be dead to throw them off the scent, because he came out later on, but how did he stay down there and kill people at the same time? I can forgive you for that aswell wes, the film was the nads, it was deeply scary, i hope you will change your mind about not making a fourth movie, the scream series rocks!
