The Case of the Mansion Hotel. December 1-2, 1999
Unfortunately, the maiden GhostGetters investigation produced no documented paranormal activity. We arrived at approximately 8:00 p.m. and immediately set up our equipment (see "Equipment" page for details).

EMF readings, thermal readiings, audio recordings and Video footage were taken throughout the night (and into morning).

Nothing.

Interviews with staff at the hotel rendered some ghostly tales -- mostly centering around the builder's niece who supposedly haunts the premises. Unfortunately, she must have had a prior engagement the night we visited.

The investigation culminated with a seance using a Ouja Board at 3:00 a.m.

Nothing.

After the investigation, the audio and video footage was examined for latent sounds and images.

Nothing.

The paranormal activity at this location has been widely reported and documented -- just not by the GhostGetters. But, we will say this: The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and if you find yourself in San Francisco in need of luxurious lodgins call on The Mansion Hotel. Who knows, maybe you will witness paranormal activily.
