Michael died April 10 at the age of 39. I knew him for 15 years when he was alive and already six more have passed. I don't know how I'm to write about my friend Michael except to say he took me to places (mentally and emotionally) I'd never been before and brought me joy. The great mystery of my life remains how we became friends and how our friendship survived over the years. I feel this need to say more, but completely unskilled for the task. Thanks to Jeff for making a panel with so many names of so many friends. I don't know his last name. How is that possible? I just know his love of Jim, their embrace on that sofa on Lone Hill and how cute and adorable he was.

Two days later, John died at the age of 41 on April 23. He was in our circle in the early years and I regrettably lost touch, but I fondly remember how Michael Madison had the hots for him.
