Ultimate Zip allows you to decompress and compress downloaded files. Unlike Go!Zilla it supports .LZH files (this is the format of many Asian Games). Go!Zilla v4.11

Go!Zilla is a popular Downloading File Manager. Basicly, this means that it stores the URL Adresses of your dowloads, allowing you to pause downloads (saves progress). It also includes a zipping file to Unzip and install files. The only problem is that this is a trial, and you can only keep it for thirty days, unless you buy it.
