WHAT'S NEW (As of 4/16/99)

The Classical Guitar Home Page has just turned three years old!!!

I have made a big update. First I made some behind-the-scenes changes, making good use of the geocities subdirectories. There is a new page about Venezuelan guitarists, with short biographies and pictures. Also, now every classical guitar author has it's own page, to make finding the tab you want faster. Some authors now have a short biography and a picture. There are three new samples, for "Eleanor Rigby", "Romance" and "Preludio Criollo" in RealAudio format. There is also new tab, the "Final Fantasy Theme" (Nobuo Uematsu) made by me. I have uncluttered the guestbook. If you want to see past entries, go to "People's Comments" on the side bar. Whew!

Please note: If you can help me providing biographies for the authors that still don't have one, please e-mail me.

WHAT'S NEW (As of 10/13/98)

I have added 2 non-classical tabs to the page made by me. One is for the song "On my own" from the musical "Les Miserables" and the other one is for the song "Can't fight this feeling" from REO Speedwagon.

A new Barrios tab, "El Sueño de la Muñequita" was uploaded about 2 weeks ago, and I forgot to notify about it here... Oops!

WHAT'S NEW (As of 9/8/98)

As you have noticed, I made a MAJOR update on the look of the page. Now there are versions for 4.x browsers and for all other browsers. If you dont have a 4.x browser (Internet Explorer 4 or Netscape Communicator 4) get it!!! That way you'll experience the Classical Guitar Home Page at its fullest.

There's also a new section, about the 1998 Caracas Guitar festival, with all the details of this great event.

The Survey results will be up soon.

The "Request Tab" section has been eliminated, I just got too many requests to handle. If you're interested in a particular song, just email me.

There are new links

Every page has been checked for small errors (HTML, alignment, dead links, etc.) Of course, this errors have been corrected.

I really hope you like the new look, I have put a lot of effort into making this the best looking and most versatile classical guitar page on the web. If you have any comments, email me.

WHAT'S NEW (As of 9/5/98)

It's been a while since the last update. Well I hope it was worth the wait. There are three new songs: El Negrito (Antonio Lauro), Etude No.3 (Villa-Lobos) and Tango en Skai (Roland Dyens). I also uploaded the sheet music for the tango and will soon be adding a sample. I'm also working on a page about the "August 1998 International Guitar Festival" that took place here in Caracas, Venezuela from August 1st to August 9th. Enjoy!!
