NOT JUST ANOTHER INTERNET LOVE

    I remember the day when I was visiting a friend who owned a computer. I thought it would be fun to go on a chat line.
     So as I sat there on a saturday evening, I chatted with numerous people. I thought it was fun. The next morning I decided to go online, and a chat a little before going home. I went into this chat room, and thought I recognized a name. I sent that person a message... I said "is that you?"... That person responded with a "yes". Well come to find out... It wasn't the person I had chatted with. LOL. It was Larry. We chatted for about half an hour when asked me if I am from Georgia. I said "no, I am not"... Then he asked me if I was female or male. With a nickname like "crackers"... I could see how there was confussion. We proceeded to chat about our lives etc... It was very nice. He was a complete gentleman.
     Well, after many months of going to friends homes to use there computers, just to see him online, I decided I needed a computer. I found myself wanting to talk to him everyday, just so I could share my thoughts with him. We talked every morning and every night. I would rush to the computer excited to see him there. Our frienship grew from Fondness to Love in a very short time. We shared all our thoughts and dreams.
     After a year of chatting, it was time for the next step. I flew to see him on his birthday. He was more wonderfull in person than I imagined him to be. Well, as you all know... The rest was history in the making. After meeting his wonderful family and numerous visits to Atlanta, I knew that was where I was meant to be.
     When I got off plane on my June visit, we went up stone mountain. The weather was so hot and I was so lazy. LOL. We didn't get all the way to the top before we stopped to take a break and sit on some rocks. It was so beautiful there. That will be a moment in time I will never forget. :-)  He gave me the most beautiful ring and asked me to marry him. I was so happy and of course I said "Yes".
     I moved down in July and two weeks later we had all the arrangments made... We were married July 31st, 1999. We have a wonderful extended family now and couldn't be more happier.
     "Falling in love is so easy when it is with the right person. Love has no borders or distance. So to all of you that think it will never happen to you, we are here to tell you it can. Keep the faith and be true to your heart. Love always finds a way."
