Theft has become a foreign word here. An interesting bit of trivia in a world of perfection. It's so funny. I keep looking for locks on things. I keep looking for passwords. But I find none of those things. The cars here don't have locks. Unconsciously, I try to lock them anyway, but then I laugh. Why steal a car or a car part when God gives everyone a car? The homes are also lockless. At night, I try to lock a deadbolt on the door, but there isn't one there. You can push the door right open. But nobody steals anything. Nobody takes your television or VCR or your money. Actually, money has no value here. And since nobody hoards anything, there isn't a point to it.
This is beyond communism. This is sharing. We all share what we have. The willingness to share is just an unconscious thing. On earth, we kept wanting more. We hoarded everything. Communist leaders had lavish palaces and the secret elite had all the wealth and good things. Even with their pretenses of sharing, they didn't share everything. They liked luxury so much that people became poor. There is no solution for this on earth. But here, wealth is meaningless. We get the best food to eat, the best things to own. Everyone is satisfied. This lavishness on earth would mean an economic collapse. Either that, or everyone would have to live on gruel. But we have the will and the desire to share here. Nobody competes with anyone else anymore. Why compete when all your needs are satisfied?
The lack of envy helps tremendously. All that we have are gifts from God. We see God face to face, so we know they're gifts. On earth, Satan continually whispered the things of covetousness in our ears, from childhood to adulthood. But now that voice has been silenced. So what if my neighbor gets something I don't have? All our gifts are unique.
