There are two kinds of animals here. The kinds that do not poop, and those who have sterile poop. Unlike the feces on earth, the poop never has worms or diseases in it, so you really don't need to scoop it. It just helps the plants out.
We have spaceships in heaven. We can take them across the galaxy and visit other planets, all of which created by God. There is also an alien heaven connected to our heaven, so we can go next door and have a chat with the eight legged Gyarnarks of Celubaris 2 if we so desire. Although the contact would have been hazardous to both our belief systems when we were living on our respective planets, the barrier has been torn down. We both have the same God, nearly the same commandments.
