There is a place called Toscanini's Ice Cream here in heaven, but other places here make ten times better ice cream. Like many of the places here, the parlor has an existence independant of the owner. The ice cream is real, not an imitation. You can also find a three sided square and a perpetual motion machine. You can also find a tactical nuclear weapon, but since everyone is like an angel in heaven, the weapon has no effect on anyone. There are not magic dispensers here, but God himself creating things. Therefore, all supplies for anything exist here. God is a God over all reality. He has the power to create a paradox, and to create a paradox that is simultaneously, paradoxically not a paradox. Human brains cannot figure it out, but God nonetheless accomplishes any feat imaginable - and any feat not imaginable!
