1. BE AWARE of the devil’s goal in your life –Destruction. Jn.10:10; I Peter 5:8

2. REMEMBER God’s plan and purpose for your life. John 10:10b; 2 Tim.2:20-21

3. BE SOBER –Don’t play with the devil’s game. I Peter 5:8.

4. BE VIGILANT – Aware and watchful of the devil’s tricks because he is always seeking for opportunities and weaknesses to put you down, I Peter 5:8; Eph.4:27

5. SUBMIT yourself wholly to God.  Spiritual battle can be victorious through the Lord, James 4:7; Phil.4: 13; Eph.6: 10-12.

6. RESIST the devil.  Do not allow the eye to defile the mind and the whole body, Matthew 15:18, Titus 1:15; Matthew 6:22-23.

7. HAVE FAITH in God.  God’s power is greater than the devil. He is able to deliver you, 2 Peter 2:9; I John 4:4; 5:4.

8. FLEE –The Lord always provide a way of escape, 2 Cor.10: 13; 2 Tim.2:22; I Thess.5:22.

9. BE WISE – Consider the end results.  Think of its consequences.  Exercise the ability to foresee evil or trouble coming, Prov.15:22; 22:3.

10. KNOW the danger of sin. It brings gloom, hinders growth, blinds our eyes from the truth and grieves God, Eph.4:30; Rom.12: 2; Psalm 51:12.  KNOWLEDGE will keep us to the right path, Prov. 6:20-23; Psalm 119: 105.

11. MEDITATE always to get knowledge and understanding. Psalm 119:11; Prov.7:1-5; 10:9-10.

12. PRAY always, Mark 14:38; I Thess.5:17.

13. BE HUMBLE –Depend upon God, James 4:8-10.

14. LOVE RIGHTEOUSNESS and keep a holy and righteous life, Prov.16: 17.
