Vessels of honour and vessels of dishonour
Romans 9:21-23

Bro.Randy,

If God ordained some people to reject Christ, why would He require them to obey the gospel? Why would he punish them for not obeying the gospel? Why would He take vengeange of them for ignoring and rejecting the gospel?  II Thes.1:7-9

Concerning Rom.9:21-23, I believe that God makes the vessel to honour those who humble, and God dishonour the vessels who takes pride, as it is evident in James 4:6, that God resisteth the proud and giveth more grace to the humble. There are many passages to support the fact that God exalts the humble and puts down the proud.

The vessels of wrath are those who reject Christ and the vessels of honor are those who trust in Jesus. There are many passages to support that the believer is honoured.

No one can question God if he shows wrath to the proud and no one can question God if honours the humble.

God decreed that those who reject Christ will go to hell and decreed that those who believe in Christ will have eternal life.

If God decreed some people to reject Christ, not to repent, Did he also decreed them to go on sinning, live ungodly lives, and worship idols?

If so, then Why would God get angry for their rejection if it is God who caused them to reject Christ?

In Him,

Edwin Jardinel
