trusts they are supposedly honorable men.

anagnorisis, or his recognition of fault, in the story is when Brutus
wishes that he had not done the wrong thing right before his friendship
with Cassius begins to fall apart.
- Peripetiea
- The
peripetiea or the turn of events is when Cassius has someone else kill
him because Brutus thinks that their cause has been lost.
- Catharsis
- The
catharsis or the purge of emotions during this play is when the great and
honorable Brutus kills himself out of grief, despair, and depression.
