Know all men by these presents that we Burrel McDonald and Mary his wife and Dorcus Gilbert of the county of Habersham and the state aforesaid for and in consideration of three hundred and twenty five dollars to me in hand paid on and before the signing and delivery of these presents, have bargained and sold and by these presents do bargain and sell and deliver to W.I.W. West of Hall County GA his heirs administrators and assigns forever all that piece or parcel of land conatining and measuring one hundred and twenty five acres be the same more or less and known as the west half of lot no. twenty in the eleventh district of Hall County Georgia
And we and each of us our heirs executors and assigns shall forever guarantee and defend said title to said W.I.W. West his heirs administrators and assigns forever in fee simple to their only proper use and benefit and behoof
