The following is the schedule of property of C. L. Gilbert, a citizen of said county, who is the head of a family consisting of himself, his wife and claiming to be exempt from levy and sale, for the use and benefit of his said wife and family under section 2866 of the code of Georgia and following sections.
Two ford cars, which have truck beds of the same,
Sixty bushels of corn, Seven hogs, Household and
Kitchen furniture.
Personally appeared C. L. Gilbert, the applicant for exemption above set out, who on oath says that the same is a true and correct schedule of his property, which is claimed to as exempt to (illegible) and family under Section 2866 of the code and following sections, which (illegible) prays may be recorded as provided by law.
Sworn to and subscribed before me, this 20 day of December 1929.

I, J. F. Johnson, ordinary of said county do certify that the foregoing is th original schedule of property of C. L. Gilbert claimed to be exempt by C. L. Gilbert under 2866 and the following sections of the code of Georgia and the same received in my office.
