As a member, you have an LSP law firm and lawyer who can help you with your legal questions, concerns and issues. They provide you with the legal services in your membership.

STEP 1
When you need a lawyer, phone or e-mail your concerns to your LSP Law Firm. The phone numbers and e-mail addresses are listed on your permanent membership card.

STEP 2
Your contact person at your LSP Law Firm will ask you for your name and membership number. You membership number can be found on your membership card. Have your membership card available when you make your call. Make sure the person you are talking to knows that you are a new member of the LSP Legal Services Plan.

STEP 3
Your contact person will also need to know what type of legal issue you have. This helps to choose a specific lawyer in the LSP Law Firm who can best answer your question. At this point, you should leave a phone number or e-mail address where you can be reached. Your lawyer will usually respond no later than the following business day.
