Joining House Gilliandor

~          There is one very important rule regarding wether your character is eligable to join House Gilliandor.  You must be Elven.  No exceptions.  This is a pure blooded Elven Household.  Not even Aelfborn are allowed.

~          It is expected that all applicants and members be an active member, in the game (once it is released), and on the message board.

The Joining Process

1)          The applicant should post on the message board his/her wishes to join House Gilliandor, along with some basic information of their character.  This message will be replied to by Lord Xzean or Lady Sionell as soon as is possible.
2)          The applicant should e-mail Lord Xzean (Xzean@hotmail.com) with a background and family bloodline (family tree) for their character.  The background should be fairly extensive.  There is no maximum length, but I certainly expect it to be at least a page or two long.  In this e-mail should also be a way of reaching them beside e-mail (ICQ or AOL Instant Messanger).
3)          Lord Xzean will reply if the history is exceptable (trust me, i'm not very stingy about histories, it is mostly for your own benefit in getting more in character).  If you are acceptable, a short biography will be put up on the members page, where your name is added.  (If you wish to e-mail a short biography, I will use yours.  If not, I will take an exert from the character history.  Also, if pictures are wished to be put up, I will need them e-mailed to me as well.)
4)          Once the applicant has been accepted, Xzean will e-mail you back saying that you were accepted to the rank of Eccelene.  At this time you are not yet a full member of the guild.  There is a grace period where we will make sure you are active, and House Gilliandor is the right guild for you.  After this length of time (a month at the most), if we are right for you, you shall be promoted to Saerdulor, a full member of the House.

That's it!  I look forward to hearing from you, and having you join our growing Household.
