Background: Sheelia was created in a cloning procedure for a child with congenital defects as a back-up for the first clone, but when the first clone was successful, she became termed as a "cloning by-product" with no legal standing as a human. Originally headed for the black market, Sheelia managed to run away and lived on the streets, fending for herself, until she ran into Jens and Borderline, who fell in love with the little girl and adopted her as their own. Genetically enhanced for "perfection", only time will tell Sheelia's true abilities.
