When you reach a certain number of messages posted at the
web site, you receive a "token
of Foolish achievement." These appear in the form of stars.
- 1 small star for 50 messages
- 2 small stars for 250 messages
- 3 small stars for 500 messages
- 1 large red star for 1000 messages
- 1 large gold star for 5000 messages
The object of the Gimme My Stars message board is to post numerous messages. The trick is to make sure they have some worthful content. If they are deemed unworthy by the Motley Fool censors, they are deleted or "yanked" from the message board.
