RESULTS:
1) Most of people we have inquired haven’t noticed planted trees, but they have noticed waste-bins in our schoolyard because most of them sort their garbage. They have also noticed graffiti in our schoolyard and they like them, and know that there are 4 secondary schools in our local community and think that ecological problems can be minimised or avoided.
2) When it comes to green areas opinions are divided, however they agree that the traffic is too heavy and is the main air polluter. Great number of people thinks that water quality is moderate, which can't be said for air quality, which is poor. Although they think there is not enough litter bins, residents are mostly satisfied with taking care of unwieldy waste.
3) Local residents think that the pupils of all 4 secondary schools are polite.
4) Most people miss confectioner's, post-office, parking lots, sport objects, healthy food store, cinema and café in nature.
5) Most complains are about traffic, air pollution, insufficient quality of water and number of waste bins.
6) Among other problems there is the dog excrement problem in the parks and green areas. People also complain about noise produced by both dogs and excessive traffic. Other problems mentioned are poor illumination, bad pavement and the discord in the local community council.
