“JOHN GOLEMIS & CO, LTD” is a company in buildings construction for corporate rooms, multi or single houses, since 1985. The places where we already made jobs are in Athens, such as in Acharnes, in Kifisia, in N. Erithrea, as in Andros, Hydrousa municipality, especially in the world famous sea-site “Aegean Balcony” close to Ano Aprovato village.

In this area we focused our attention at construction double floor, independent houses, with unlimited sea-site, appropriate for summer living or constant habitat, for all follow reasons :

Andros Island is near to Athens, only two hours trip by ship from Rafina and one by catamaran or flying dolphins.

It is the second Island for Cyclades province, with very often transportation and communication with the other Islands of the district.

Andros is from the few islands of Cyclades, which is green and generates the famous table water “Sariza”.

The sun shines for all year, the sea is always clean, with plenty of sandy beaches perfect for swimming.

There are plenty rooms for refreshment, physical and cultural sites and many museums.

For all upper reasons, we believe that the quality of life which has been afford in Andros island, is very difficult to find it in the big cities of the world.
