The key word here is 'focus'. Our mind
is a very powerful machine, that can
a-
chieve amazing things if used correctly.
If there is something that you wish
to a-
chieve, something that you are striving
towards, then this is how you can try
to
accomplish that in a positive way.
The first thing that you will need is a
goal. It might be to lose weight, to make
friends with a neighbour, to pass an exam.
Pick something to start with that is fairly
simple. The next thing that you have to do
is to picture the event, in your mind as if
it has already happened. See the finished
product, in all its minute detail. If you can
do this every day for a short period, then
energies will be released that will make
that picture in your mind a reality.
If you have trouble forming the picture
in your mind, you might need to practise a
little first with something else, to build up
your visualising process. Try picturing an
apple. See how round and smoothe it is,
how it has a dimple or stem at the top, the
colour of it, the smell, even the taste as you
see yourself biting into it. When you can do
this realistically, then you can begin to do
some creative visualising for yourself.
'As is above so is below' is one of the
ancient teachings. Things on this plane of
existance are a mirror reflection of what is
in the next plane of existance (the fourth
dimension). By visualising something on
this plane of existance, strongly, with will,
then you can create that thing into being on
the plane of spirit, and it will come into be-
ing here, on the third dimensional plane. It
is so simple, it is difficult.
There are some things that you should re-
member when you are doing this however.
NEVER visualise something that is going
to harm another or effect their path. That
is interference with another and you will
build up karma that will have to be repaid
at some point if you do. The boomerangs
ALWAYS come back at you so it is not a
wise thing to do.
KEEP your visualisations realistic. Don't be
greedy. You will find that small steps up
a ladder are better and easier than big ones.
THE best time to do your visualising is
usually just before you drop off to sleep,
when everything is quiet and you can foc-
us without being disturbed. Try to do it at
around the same time each night for best
results.
GO SLOWLY. It can be tiring if you are
not used to it, so don't try to force it. Hold
the picture in your mind for as long as it is
comfortable. As soon as it feels uncomfor-
table, stop. Don't force it. Build up slowly.
Creative visualisation is something that
anyone can do to achieve positive results.
It is free, you don't need expensive tools
or props to do it. It can build up your self
esteem tremendously, once you achieve a
few small things.
KEEP IT POSITIVE...FOR THE GOOD
OF ALL...WALK IN THE LIGHT.
