* Currently working as Senior Research Fellow (SRF) at Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (CIFT), Cochin in a project funded by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi.
* Worked as Q.A. Manager (Earlier as QCM) in Phillips Foods India Pvt. Ltd., Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu, India – a company specialized in Chilled Pasteurized Crab Meat in Cans, Vacuum Packed Frozen Fish Fillets, CO Smoked Tuna Steaks etc. – from July 4, 2002 to May 25, 2004. - Responsibilities included Monitoring of Critical Control Points (CCPs - Seaming, Heat Processing etc.), Verification of Process/HACCP records, System Audits, Training and Over-all Quality of the finished product.
- Reported directly to MD and Director, QA. & Director, Technical Operations.
* Worked as a Quality Control Technologist in a European Union (EU) approved, HACCP & GMP implemented seafood-processing plant in Kerala, India from September 2001 to July 3, 2002.
- Responsibilities included Online Quality Control, Organoleptic & Bacteriological analysis of the products (Like testing for Vibrio cholerae, Salmonella, Clostridium, Staphylococcus, E. coli & other Coliforms).
