What are the possibilities for advancement in the career I have chosen?
First of all, you could go ahead with your masters which would be a good idea. If I chose to go ahead and work for my masters then I would make up to $3,000 more a year. I could also get promoted to Nursing Director. This is a job that I wouldn't like to have. With this job you are in charge of all of the staff in that particular area. You will be in charge of setting the times for everyone to work and also the hireing and fireing. The pay is a little better but its not enough for the job that you have to do. If something goes wrong in surgery it is all on you. |
