The brother and biggest rival of Yusuke; Kenstar is the main character of Girlchan in Paradise.
Kenstar seems unaware of a lot of things, such as Yusuke being the son of Kanpachirama-sama, Kobayashisamasan-chan being the brother of Yusuke, and not knowing that Galati(ca)maru wasn't human and that Yusuke was working for Galati(ca)maru the whole time. However, when he does learn this information, he tends to think it explains everything!
Whether Kenstar is the boyfriend of Girlchan has yet to be revealed.
