Bruce's Bio
In high school, Bruce wore tight pants and grew his hair long. He lifted weights and craved rock music. He became pals with Brian Connelly.
After high school, he was confused. He drove a truck, a forklift, and framed houses. When he ran out of friends, he went to college. There he got a 20% in business, so he transferred to journalism. He started writing funny stories and found comedy.
He, Mark McKinney and some other guys started doing their own show. It became successful, so they decided to move to Toronto. Bruce sold his vintage clothes collection for $3,000.00 and went.
In Toronto, he did one-man shows, stand-up and met Kevin, Dave and Scott. He went to "Saturday Night Live" as a writer, gained a lot of weight, came home, lost the weight, and the Kids in the Hall show started.
Last year, Bruce's directorial debut "Dog Park" came out. Two weeks later, his second film "Superstar" was released. Also, he performed his most recent theatre show, "Slightly Bigger Cities" with lifelong friend Brian Connelly. He looks forward to touring with his other friends; Mark, Kevin, Scott and Dave.
