Kevin's Bio

Kevin was born in Montreal, Canada to his loving mother and father who was a loving dental equipment salesman. When Kevin was seven, his father was transferred to Burbank, California, to help America sell dental equipment. They lived across the street from NBC studios, where "Lets Make a Deal" was taped. Kevin had to pass people dressed as giant pickles and cigarette boxes to get to school each day, thus causing his love for costumes and his extreme nervous state.

A year and a half later, Kevin and his family moved to Canada, where Kevin grew up in Mississauga, a suburb of Toronto. At nineteen, Kevin went to Humbler College to study acting. After four months, because he was good at comedy and not Shakespeare, drama, or musical theater, Kevin was kicked out of Humbler for being a one-legged actor. Ironically, he was kicked out by the head of acting in Humbler, who due to a stage light falling on him, was actually a one-legged actor himself. Kevin joined the second city workshops in Toronto and a year later met Dave Foley. He was impressed with Dave's comic skills and the fact that they were the same height. He and Dave formed a troupe the first night they met. Along with Luciano Casmiri, they formed the first version of the Kids in the Hall. Soon the troupe became Kevin, Dave, Bruce, Mark and Scott. Lorne Michaels had discovered them, shortly thereafter. He liked that they were funny, original, and except for Bruce, basically the same height. They had a t.v. show that ran for five years and a movie called Brain Candy.

Since Brain Candy, Kevin has done several movies and four pilots for t.v. shows. He has appeared on such t.v. shows as "Seinfeld," "Ellen," "Friends," "Drew Carey," "NewsRadio," and a lost episode of "The Munsters."
