My Halloween in Madison!

So the Saturday before Halloween is a major "thing" here on campus - this year over 60,000 people crowded State Street (located right outside my dorm, coincidently) and just meandered up and down, admiring the creativity of the populace. My roommates, their friends and fellow UW-Madisoners were no exception.
