People say that drinking water makes a difference, but the truth is its not just from drinking it. It helps because it cleans out some of the unwanted chemicals in your body. This helps to keep your skin pure.



Using a cleanser in the morning and at night. Unlike soap cleansers have the ability to clean out your pores and be gental at the same time.


Use a moisterizer even if you do have oily skin. They help to protect your pores against unwanted pollutants.


It is found that most teens don't take vitamins. Why not? Ok, it is true that you get some through food and drinks but it doesn't hurt to get that needed vitamins and minerals to keep your skin and body healthy.


Some breakouts are caused through too much sugary foods. Now, we know your not gonna give up
all the sugar, but the simplest changes make a hugh difference. Like drinking fruit juices instead of fruit drinks.
