| DRAGONBALL: The main character of Dragon ball is Son Goku. In the beginning of Dragon ball, he meets a young girl named Bulma who is searching for the Dragon balls. She comes upon him because he happened to have in his possesion the four star ball. At first he doesn't want to give her the ball, because he is under the impression that the ball holds his dead grandfather's spirit. Bulma finally convinces Goku that the ball is not his grandfather and he agrees to travel with Bulma and help her collect all seven dragon balls. In Dragonball, Goku meets his life long friend Krillin. Goku and Krillin train under the great martial artist, Master Roshi. Dragonball is also where Yamcha and Bulma meet for the first time. DRAGONBALLZ: The second series of Akira Toriyama's Dragonball is without a doubt my favorite by far. This is the series where you find out that Goku is a Saiyajin from the planet Vegeta. This is also to series where the prince of all saiyajins is introduced to us, Vegeta. This series has several sagas in it: the saiyajin saga, garlic jr. saga, freeza saga, android saga, cell saga, great saiyaman saga, buu saga...just to name a few. DRAGONBALLGT: I personally don't know much about this saga, except for the bits and pieces I have been able to find on the net. I've seen a couple of episodes and that's about it. I believe the whole story focuses around Gohan and Videl's daugher Pan, Vegeta and Bulma's son Trunks and Son Goku. If anyone can help me with this, please email me about it. Thanks! ^_^ |
