Christophe Beveral Hills Deep Reconstructor Thermal Action-2 Step Formula ![]() I found this at CVS. (I’m pretty sure CVS is the only place that currently sells Christophe Beverly Hills hair care except online.) They had the full kit for $15.00, but I decided on the trial size for $2.99. "Repairs damaged hair-strengthens hair and improves elasticity. Enhances shine and texture-improves volume and manageability.†If you’ve ever used one of those self-heating thermal face masks, you will be familiar with the concept of this hair treatment. Step 1: After shampooing, apply Step 1 Reconstructing Conditioner. Coat hair thoroughly and DO NOT RINSE. This step is just like applying regular deep conditioner. I suggest combing through hair gently. Step 2: Apply the Thermal Activator over the conditioner. Coat evenly. Leave on for 1 minutes and rinse. The second step is what makes it get hot. The water activates the warmth, so it is warming in your hands before you even put in on your hair. This step made my hair feel dirty and gross, but after I rinsed it off it felt normal again. Results: This is only based off of using it once and reconstructors do their best work if used at least once a week for a long period of time. However, if I can’t stand my hair the day after using them, they are no good. The next day: Hair is good! Not flat, not stringy, feels full and thick. Not extremely shiny, and that's fine with me. Definitely something I would buy/use again. Interesting to use. I can’t vouch for the long term results, but very happy with the one time use. Check out next time for the latest hair repair saga. 2008-01-22 17:35:22 GMT
