Very fun purple jelly-like little beads that feel like plastic, but are not hard or rough. Did not leave my skin raw or tight and I even used a washcloth to remove it.
The beads have that normal scrub tendency to get in your hairline, so rinse well. A refreshing change from my usual St. Ive's Apricot Scrub.
This was a sample, so I'm not sure if I will buy the full version.
