Me and Islam

this is a page about me and my journey, of how I came to islam.

How I came to islam is not how most come to islam from what I have heard.
It was like this, I had grown up in the church, my family as always went to church. We had been to many churches be it baptist, anglican etc.. then it came to a point in my life where alot of what was going on in the church didnt make sence , as well as what the preacher was saying. As well as other things. but when ever I would ask a question all the answer I would get when no one could tell me would be just believe.
Then it came to one day where I was in tears. I prayed to God to Guide me to show me what to believe not what people wanted me to believe. Later I found out the way I prayed was very much like how muslims pray. (cause I was prostraight on the floor) crying and asking God to show me. then not too much later about a week later, I ended up in a christian book store where I was looking through some books and something cought my eye. I found behind all these books a copy of the Quran.(later I found out why there was a copy of the Quran there it was for missionaries to learn about islam inorder to convert muslim well it worked the other way around for me lolol) so I picked it up and I read a bit from it and I knew from that that this is what I was to believe. Later not more than a week I met some muslims on the internet and said shahadah. that is how I came to islam
