The mission of AIDS Foundation Houston is to create positive social impact through the innovative management of HIV/AIDS and other chronic diseases.Founded in 1982, AIDS Foundation Houston, Inc. (AFH) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) community-based organization that is a direct provider of resources for HIV/AIDS services and information. AFH works in collaboration with other AIDS service organizations and non AIDS related community-based groups to reduce the incidence of HIV/AIDS infection and to support people living with HIV/AIDS.
