UNITED CAPTURE TREZ

Manchester United have completed the £20,000,000 signing of Fulham striker David Trezeguet. As part of the deal, Brazilian midfielder Anderson has joined The Cottagers in exchange for the Frenchman.
Moments after sealing the deal, The former Juventus star described it as a "dream move" but admitted Fulham will always hold a special place in his heart. The France international has been in fantastic form this season, hitting eight goals in six appearances in D1. His impressive performances had alerted many of the top clubs in Europe, including Barcelona, Inter and Werder Bremen. Trezeguet has fond memories of playing in D2, after helping guide Coventry City to the title in S6.
UNITED WANT TREZ

Should they gain promotion to D1, Manchester United will look to land French striker David Trezeguet in a big money move from high flying Fulham.
The striker has been in prolific form so far this season, scoring 8 goals for newly promoted Fulham in D1. His fine recent form has alerted Sir Alex Ferguson, who will look to add a new striker in time for S7. Trezeguet has emerged as the new number one transfer target for United, ahead of Blackburn Rovers ace Ruud van Nistelrooy. The former Juventus ace looked destined to leave Craven Cottage last season as he was shipped out on loan to Coventry City, where he helped them lift the D2 crown. The Cottagers snapped up David Trezeguet in a £12,500,000 deal from Charlton Athletic. It's thought they may want closer to £25,000,000 if they were to sell.
