Ryan Babel has confirmed his desire to leave Wolverhampton Wanderers, claiming the D1 side do not match his own ambitions and he wants a new challenge elsewhere in the GI. Speaking to the GI Echo, Babel confirmed that his agent has been approached by several top European clubs including Bayern Munich, Juventus and Barcelona about a possible move away from Molineux. The Dutchman has excelled for Wolves since his £4,000,000 switch from Ajax. The striker, who can also play on either wing, has hit 34 league and cup goals during his spell at the club. Reports back in his homeland are suggesting that PSV Eindhoven could also be interested and are set to lodge a £14,000,000 bid for the player. |
