Okay, no one really knows what happens in the Heaviside Layer, and we decided to make an RPG about it! We figure that some are reborn but for those who want to stay, they'd be made guardian angels for the living so you can be a guardian and have a charge (a living cat) or just be a living cat and see if you can find someone to protect you.
