After a year of educating the young with appropriate skills and knowledge , finally GIT took another step of holding its 13th Recognition and Commencement
Exercises on March 25, 2006 with the theme: Crossing the threshold: from learning the basics for life at Eastloand Ballroom, Gingoog City. The bacallaureate is highlighted with the messsage of Rev. Genesis Udang of Blessed Hope Christian Ministry, Cagayan de Oro City. Right after the service is the recognition of preschool, gradeschool and high school students who performed exemplerary performance during the school year. The event is honored by the presence of Mrs. Marina Limcangco, DEPED Supervisor who congratulates the performing students as well as their supportive parents.
No less than the Honorable Vice Mayor Avelino Canosa gave the Commencement Message to the hopeful graduates . GIT School President Enrique S. Guevarra admonished the graduates the importance of moving on to achieve success.
