Live Earth Wallpaper is a software for Windows 9x/NT/2000 which shows as desktop wallpaper a real-time cloudy-free image of the Earth from the satellite, updating it every hour. The program takes into account seasons and daylight saving time too, and doesn't require an Internet connection since all images are included in the package.
There are two versions available:
The
Italian/European version, where you'll see the Earth centered over Italy and with the correct phase
shown.
Note: a screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher is recommended to best use this
software.
However, you can downsample the images using a common image editor to best fit your
needs.
