OKay, so everyone has their own taste of everything. For example colors and flavors.
Is this part of normal psycology? I mean honestly, if humans could agree on something, or have a broader taste of things... there wouldn't be so much hate. This rant is on music, if you didn't know (D didn't know..)
People have different tastes of music. Rap/Hip-Hop/R&B and Rock/Punk/Ska/Thrash/Goth. These are some of the largest music groups in my opinion. (go suck yourself if you dont think much of ska and thrash)
People think Rap and Hip-Hop and R&B are all the same, just because almost 90% of the time they are sung and produced by African Americans. It's much bigger than, "Black Music" I'm not a racist, but I'm using this because people usually call it that.
R&B is rhythm and Blues type of music. For example Gospel and Soul. These songs are most of the time positive, and have little to do with wrong. (an example of an old-school r&b dude is Marvin Gaye) And sometimes within this category there is Jazz and Bebop, which in my opinion doesn't get the respect it deserves. This is where Original Hip-Hop had spawned from, and all these new-school rappers are slamming this wonderful category of music.
Next up is Hip-Hop and rap. There is a difference between hip hop and rap. the difference is where they came from. hip hop spawned from r&b and rap branched off of hip hop. People think Rap is nothing but a bunch of black dudes bringing up lines of rhyme to sing about drugs, capping, and raping people. It is much more! Rap is the skill of using rhythm and beats synchronized with rhymes to form a grand musical score. Now back to raping and capping, and drug-dealing... this is a new-school form of rap. Honest to say, I think it is quite pathetic. Rappers do underground stuff to get a bunch of money to buy Bling-Bling, then they go mainstream and make music vidoes, having a bunch of followers watch and imitate supporting them, so they get money and get b-hotches rapping about blunts, forty's and biatches.The people that support them think it's all real, these people do what they rap about, when they're nothing but sell-outs. I bolded reasons why they're sell outs above. They sell out by going mainstream!! There isn't much more room if I continued so i'll stop.
Rock and roll! woo woo. If you're thinking I'm talking about long-hair swung around by a "headbanger" you're wrong! I'm talking about Elvis Presley, the KING!!! *cough*
I'm kidding btw. You a-holes probably don't care about him you shmucks! I am talking about modern rock. It's all good yeah yeah. I don't have much complaint for it. So that's all of it.
Punk - This is a type of music. A type of rock. A bunch of dudes wearing fishnets and ties thinking they're all scary and hardcore, when their actual personality is the same as the faggot flicking his wrist around the corner. SHUT UP! Especially Avril Levigne lovers who think she's 100% Punk, no Pop! She does the same shit that Britney Spears does (excuse my french, and if you speak or are french, i really apoligize, i heard a white person say this after cursing) just with a different look! SHUT UP YOU GAY HOMOS (i'm not actually flaming gays.. it's just figurative)
And I hate those rockers who don't like other types of rock. bangers who dont like punk, punk who dont like ska... shut up!
Everyone has their own taste of music... I like all types of music, so I guess that is my taste, which happens to be broader than the average gay-ass-homo-mother-fuhkin-american. People who like rock ask me, "Why do you like Black Music?" I like it for a reason. Punks may sing about some hardcore stuff like killing people and bringing the world down.. I've never seen punks do this! Especially ones who are on MTV! I actually do enjoy groups who are big, underground, and don't want to go big because it's selling out. (They still dont kill people)
Gangster-Rappers are stupid. They cap people just for speaking their mind, what niggerdly actions.. but I do like them because they actually do kill people! woooo. they rap about capping people, they probably did or still do. They rap about mary-jane, because they smoke it! They sing about hoes because they got them and go BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! every night with 7 different chicks.
