A pree-degree class in PD3 at U C College... Mutual Aid Programme... a hand written magazine named "Yuvaprathibha"... groups like Nucleons, Tik 20, Kiss 20 etc....A pack of youngsters with all mischievous ways and brilliant academic achievements... Now all are apart in different walks of life, still leaders in their fields. The new Millennium was right time to have a family get together to cherish the good old memories and share the experiences and experiments in life for the last two decades. 17 families participated.

The Union Christian College, Aluva was founded in 1921 as a Centre of
Christian Higher Education and as a venture in inter-denominational
cooperation among the four major non-Roman Catholic denominations of South
India viz. The Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church, Malankara Jacobite Syrian
Church, The Church of South India and The Mar Thoma Syrian Church. The
founder members of the College, the late Sri. K. C. Chacko, the late Sri.
A. M. Varki, the late Sri. C. P. Mathew and the late Sri. V. M. Ittyerah
had as their ambition the instituting of a Christian College whose
distinctive features were to be:
Inter-denominational
basis of administration, Residential system of life, Fellowship method of
life, Cosmopolitan team (Christians and non-Christian, Indians and
non-Indians) of staff
